EXHIBITION SPACE:
- Exhibition size, 3 chairs, Exhibition table, 2 ID Tags, Lunch for your staff for 2 days summit, 2 Invites for the Gala night on 16th July at Hotel Prince Palace Hotel Bangkok.
- Every Exhibitor gets a certificate and is also emailed a contact list of all Exhibitors
- The below respective Exhibition charges include the following: FREE OF CHARGE, depending on your brand and where you belong.
EXHIBITOR CATEGORIES:
1. LOCAL EXHIBITORS (THAILAND) …………150 USD
(15 – 16 2025 JULY ONLY)
- 2 Invites for your business to attend the opening and closing ceremony and gala night at Hotel Prince Palace Hotel Bangkok, Thailand on 16th July and Opening Ceremony and meet and greet on 14 July at Hotel Prince Palace
- Lunch for 2 of your staff daily on summit days, 15th and 16th July, at the United Nations Conference Center
- 2 Chairs, an Exhibition Table, 2 ID Tags.
- Every Exhibitor gets a CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION and also a database contact list of all 2025 WORLD YOUTH SUMMIT Exhibitors.

- Hotel accommodation and Breakfast for 2 staff
- Unlimited branding space during the summit
- Summit Access IDS
- Site visits and Free Tours in Bangkok and Pattaya Cities.
- Transfers to and from the Airport
- Transfers to and from the Hotel.
- Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
- Attendance at the Pre-summit Meet and Greet and Opening Ceremony at the Hotel Prince Palace Bangkok.
- Attendance of the summit at the Gala night at Hotel Prince Palace Hotel Bangkok and Poolside outdoor Event with Music, Dance, DJ Mixes and Battles, Thanksgiving and Tag of War.

NOTE: EXCLUDES FLIGHT AND VISA COSTS FOR YOUR REPRESENTATIVES
SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR EXHIBITORS
a) WITHDRAWAL & REFUNDS:
There will be no refund if any Exhibitor withdraws after the payments of the participation fee beyond 31st May. If a participant pays for participation and wishes to withdraw after this date, they will have to forfeit their contributions.
b) DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: 31ST MAY 2025
c) EXHIBITOR CATALOG:
Company details provided on the application form and the profile attached to email shall be sent to us via WhatsApp +256 773 770 550. This form is sent in a PDF printable, filled in, scanned and sent back to us via WhatsApp.
d) SUMMIT EXHIBITION DATES:
15 – 16 JULY at UNITED NATIONS CONFERENCE HALL, BANGKOK, THAILAND.
e) OPENING CEREMONY & CLOSING CEREMONY
Opening and Gala night Closing Ceremony, Meet and Great and at HOTEL PRINCE PALACE BANGKOK
f) EXHIBITION SPACE ALLOCATION:
Exhibition Space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
g) Spaces will be allocated based on availability. Please note that some configurations may not be possible given the layout of the Exhibition area.
h) The floor plan/ layout may change from time to time. In case changes to the floor plan are made, the registered Exhibitors will be notified. We will endeavor, however, to keep you within the area already selected.
